What the job looks like:


  • Coordination of Performance and Talent Development processes;
  • Coach management and teams members to foster leadership and people development;
  • Implementation of culture and transformation initiatives;
  • Ensure total compliance with Employment law and best practices in labour procedures,
  • Coordination of the payroll procedure with the external provider;
  • Administration of Compensation and benefits;
  • Coordination of Health & Safety measures and HR-related insurances;
  • Management of personnel transactions, including hiring contracts, promotions and contract termination;
  • Coordination of Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes;
  • Support the development of new HR policies and procedures;
  • Management and control of HR-KPIs (Attrition rate, rotation, absent rate, training).


What you'll bring to the table:


  • University degree in business administration, law, psychology or equivalent;
  • Postgraduate degree in HR will be very valuable;
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in related activities;
  • In depth understanding of concepts and principles in Labour Law and Payroll processing;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Mainly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
  • Knowledge of HR Management tools;
  • Basic understanding of the Pharmaceutial industry;
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills;
  • Ability to work in a confidential and time-sensitive environment.
