The role can be performed out of Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Improvement of performance of the commercial organization working with the DACH Leadership team.
• Promotion of best practice sharing and content reuse.
• Liaison to the Global Comex Team to ensure full alignment and synergies.
• Accountability for all commercial excellence activities and projects for the DACH region.
• Accountability for Field Team Effectiveness (e.g. segmentation & targeting etc.) and capability building of field teams and relevant office roles
• Market Research
• Coordination of local MR, DD and BD activities
• Commercial Performance Management (IQVIA, etc.) and local BI Management
• Digitalization of content & digital asset management
• Technical campaign management and digital platform management 

What you´ll bring to the table:

To make the most of the role and truly thrive, you should have:

• University degree preferably in Business Administration
• Pharma Business expertise with +10 yrs of experience
• Data Management capabilities
• High Business Understanding
• Strategic vision and curiosity
• High analytical skills
• Fluency in German and English
