What the job looks like
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges such as:
- Organize and manage at cluster and local level scientific and medical communication on the company's products to health professionals, patients and internal departments.
- Manage and coordinate medical information provider including trainings, regular meetings, monthly reports and metrics
- Regularly monitor the quality and accuracy of the Medical Information responses provided by the provider and identifies necessary corrective actions or training required to ensure compliance with regional and local regulations as well as internally relevant SOPs
- Update and validate product FAQs in collaboration with medical, regulatory and Global medical information lead
- Collect, analyze and direct requests about GRT products to the relevant departments (pharmacovigilance, quality assurance, documentation, etc.)
- Monitor scientific communication activities (publications, meetings, congresses, etc.) and scientific and competitive intelligence
- Collect and transmit pharmacovigilance and quality claims information within the defined time limits
- Support the training department in the training of internal teams
- Update the department's procedures relating to the Medical Information activity
- Manage the monthly PV-Medical Information-Quality reconciliation
- Annual review of medical information activity
- Organize the medical information hotline
- Ensure on call duty according to planning

- MD or Bachelor degree in Health Sciences or related discipline with a minimum 3 – 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience as medical information manager
- Previous successful experience in managing medical information providers
- Strong ability to work in an international environment and with HQ
- Fluency in Business English, additional language beneficial
