What the job looks like
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges such as:

  • According to the global strategy, contribute to the brand plan and develop local and cluster medical education programs based on healthcare landscape & HCP insights that are : compliant, engaging, creative and high quality with clear learning objectives.
  • Be the cluster referent for the omnichannel medical education activities. Plan and organize various medical education programs (live and virtual). This include leading medical education agencies, outreach and recruiting speakers and managing invitations, webinar platforms, internal and external communication and budget.
  • Evaluate educational needs, learning objectives; determine audience(s), event format, and budget, in collaboration with marketing omnichannel lead, comex omnichannel lead and medical advisor/medical lead.
  • Work closely with medical advisor for content validation 
  • Coordinate speakers and moderators regarding content and agenda for all GRT medical education events (webinar, stand alone, symposium…)
  • Coordinate medical content for GRT’s platforms such as Change Pain, according to the Global strategy.
  • Ensure medical activities are conducted in compliance with applicable policies.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate program’s effectiveness, identify learnings and shape future learning activities.


What you‘ll bring to the table

  • Proven skills in : strategic thinking, organizational skills, project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, negotiation, written and verbal communication, budgeting and uncovering customer needs.
  • Ability to work in an international environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with KEEs to gain insights and translate to learning content of programming.
  • Experience in creating traditional and digital educational programs.
  • Understanding of compliance, legal, regulatory, marketing and medical functions.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proficient in Veeva, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Bachelor degree in Health Sciences or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in medical, training and/or marketing roles.
  • Strong experience of management of medical education programs including digital.
  • Experience of working with and leading a cross functional team.
  • Fluency in Business English, additional language beneficial.
