What the job looks like

Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Support Cluster and GPC in Omnichannel delivery through optimization of campaigns and platforms
  • Promote technological innovation
    • Continuously scout for new features to improve productivity and/or CX
  • Business Process Owner of Veeva MedComms platform
    • User training; incident reports, vendor management, change management
    • Work with Business owner and IT to ensure system governance in place
  • CoE for successful campaigns / omnichannel strategy implementation
    • Analyze and evaluate campaign performance and suggest optimizations
    • Establish criteria and guidelines for successful implementation of omnichannel campaigns
    • Promote the adoption of business processes across affiliates and brand
  • Support the harmonization of platforms and data
  • Support new implementations
    • Analyse the need and designs the process adjustment and necessary platform change to satisfy it
    • Set milestones for implementation and budget
    • Collaborate with CCO IT for delivery and testing
    • Monitor the business case validation
    • Co-sign off the solution delivery
    • Sign off SLAs with IT and GPC / Cluster
    • Promote adoption and consistency of use of CLM tools with communication, training, user support


What you´ll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

    • Brand-support capabilities
    • Broad Omnichannel experience with good technical understanding
    • Experience of managing digital platforms at an above country level
    • Experience of delivering campaigns through use of SFMC
    • Platform-specific capabilities
    • Successful implementation of various CLM projects in pharma companies at an above country level
    • Understanding of Veeva CRM system and ideally MedComms platform
    • General management capabilities
    • Strong project management and cross-functional working skills
    • Strong customer orientation and high commercial, social and communication skills
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally, in English and preferably at least one other European language
    • Interpersonal capabilities
    • Engaging personality with a passion for digital channels and the ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking
