What the job looks like
Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Supports definition of the value proposition for RTX and differentiated positioning for the product to maximise life time value to patients & GRT
- Supports definition of asset hypothesis and TPP in collaboration with cross-functional project team
- Ensures customer insight gathered to define optimal CX for RTX (e.g. via preparation and execution of market research)
- Coordinates all marketing input from strategic functions globally as well as from local markets
- Leads interactions with local markets’ marketing teams
- Builds and runs the financial models for revenues and commercial costs, using inputs from all other relevant functions, for forecasting purposes
- Contributes to writing of the commercialization plan - with focus on marketing, and customer engagement sub-section, and prepares and leads planning for and execution of launch excellence/ readiness activities
- Supports valuing (including customer insights) and advising on LCM indication and geography sequencing for the global plan
- Supports the validation of assumptions through cross-functional engagement with relevant external stakeholders (e.g. through advisory boards, KEE discussions, market research)
- Responsible for supporting partnership engagement, valuation and discussions
- Leading the marketing efforts to create strategic brand assets to optimize brand’s CX-Omnichannel approach towards relevant customer segments, overseeing its implementation and ROI
- Supervision of international expansion of the brand and advising on all brand-related aspects
- Leads the marketing efforts co-create “gold standard” materials
- Identifies different customer segments and profiles and tailors' communication plan to the differing customer needs
What you´ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in Marketing or MBA
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing in the pharma/ adjacent sector, ideally with experience in the pain area
- Has successfully managed product launches on a global level
- Experience of working with multi-channel marketing, including digital [?]
- Strong analytical skills, experience with developing business cases / commercial forecasting (revenues and costs)
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization as well as working in an international setting
- Ability to lead independently complex projects, to frame and constructively and creatively solve problems
- Curious and agile mindset
- Fluency in Business English, additional language beneficial
