What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Establishing and evolving a company-wide Global Mobility framework/guideline
  • Review and regular up-date of international assignment guideline (short-term and long-term assignments)
  • Implement and run end-to-end processes for cross-border contracts 
  • First point of contact for the assignees, their managers and their HR departments in both home and host country, consulting them in all questions around labor contract, supporting in tax and social security topics
  • Steering and close cooperation with our external tax/social security consultants 
  • Responsibility for all administrative tasks relating to cross-border contracts and international assignments, including calculation of int. assignments packages and relocation offerings
  • Supporting the HR managers in the preparation of contracts, giving advice on individual payroll tax issues and related areas of law such as social security and labor law
  • Build and maintain operational vendor management with tax advisors, external consultants
  • Correspondence and close cooperation with the tax office, social security institutions and our internal payroll specialists 


What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • You are holding an university degree in economics or law with specialization in tax law/social security
  • You have profound professional working experience (at least 3 yrs.) in an international HR environment or relevant consulting practice with a focus in the field of Global Mobility and Int. Assignment Management
  • Very good knowledge of tax and social security law in an international context
  • Fluently in English as well as good German language skills
  • Very good understanding of special issues in international assignments
  • Good knowledge of HR-Information Systems, ideally SAP Successfactors as well as Microsoft Office
