What the job looks like:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in line with SLA
• Run all necessary maintenance and enhancement activities to ensure reliable operations
• Design and implement change request in time and quality
• Provide project support
• Ensure quality of services by third party supplier
• Ensure that process and system documentation is always up to date
• Create monthly service quality report
• Run requirement analysis of business demands in the domain of Controlling
• Create concepts, blueprints and technical specifications in that domain
• Take part, as sub-project lead role in international implementation projects with different degrees of complexity
   

What you'll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of SAP CO experience (ECC 6.0 – Must; S/4HANA – Nice to have)
• Strong background in SAP in the domain of  Finance and Controlling - specifically (CO-OM - Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, CO-PC - Product Cost Controlling, Product Cost Planning, Cost Object Controlling (Process Orders), Project System (Investment Management/Financials), Material Ledger/Actual Costing, Profitability Analysis)
• Proven process consulting experience
• Experience running SAP services in a regulated enterprise
• ITSM Processes (Incident, Change and Service Request)
• Degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable
• Extensive knowledge in SAP CO processes, transactions, data structures and customizing
• Analytical skills and CO related integration knowledge to other SAP modules e.g. FI, MM
• First experience/contact with S4/HANA (nice to have)
• Good understanding of system architecture and interfaces
• Fluent in English
