What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Leading the communication of the brand value proposition to all internal and external customer groups, by way of developing insights-driven strategies and tactics to support this communication to maximise customer experience
  • Writing the brand plan, based on collaborative input from the Global Brand Team, including the omnichannel customer engagement plan for Qutenza
  • Leading the marketing efforts co-create “gold standard” materials with selected key country and sharing with other countries for localization of best practice
  • Overseeing integration of campaign elements through omnichannel platforms
  • Identifying different customer segments and profiles and tailors' communication plan to the differing customer needs as well as measuring and adapting communications based on data and insight, on an ongoing basis
  • Working with CX lead to track customer experience, and identifies areas for further increasing customer satisfaction and meeting needs of customers with Qutenza product benefits
  • Preparing business cases for investments in collaboration with global brand lead

 

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Relevant University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in Marketing or MBA
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing in the pharma/ adjacent sector, ideally with experience in the pain area
  • Has successfully managed product launches on a local level; experience in sales or field teamwork preferred
  • Strong customer orientation and deep curiosity to understand the behavioral “why”
  • Fully fluent in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI / IPHA)
  • Experience of working with multi-channel marketing, including digital as well as working with and leading a cross functional team
  • Fluency in Business English, additional language beneficial
  • Ability to constructively and creatively solve problems and strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, including empathy
