What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Design and implement the guiderails for our digital journey in Finance@Grünenthal
  • Key pillars of the transformation are the harmonization of closing, reporting and planning tools across the organization
  • Conduct a cost-benefit analysis together with IT and cross-functional teams to decide upon our tool landscape of the future 
  • Development and roll-out and change strategy for the deployment of the tools
  • Support the conceptualization of an End2End process for reporting with your know-how about interactive dashboarding
  • Act as mediator between IT and functions to mature the know-how of the organizations about a cloud data lake 
  • Coordinate and lift our advanced analytics projects within finance to the next level 
  • Preparation of regular status updates to C-level
  • Option to work home-office based with regular visits at HQ

 

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • 3-5 years work experience in Corporate finance & controlling 
  • Proven work experience in data analytics or IT
  • Relevant project management experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Management Consulting experience is a plus
  • Ability to analyze and structure complex problems as well as to develop solutions 
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • In-depth experience with reporting & analytics technologies (Qlik, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proficiency in statistics
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • English fluent in written and verbal form
