What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Co-create the IT solution landscape and roadmap with Sales & Marketing, partnering with internal and external stakeholders and driving innovation. Build a trustful relationship with business leaders of the commercial organization
  • Build and maintain a stage gate process to orchestrate the process from ideation to new IT solutions, helping Sales & Marketing  to identify and promote the most beneficial ideas
  • Build a product-oriented IT team that owns E-2-E all IT solutions supporting Sales & Marketing 
  • Act as project manager and ensure excellence in project set-up and in project execution 
  • Main focus for this position will be around Content Platforms, Web Content & experience Management, Digital Asset Management, Online engagement solutions, Mobile apps & platformrs, Social Media Channel Management Systems and Patient Services Platform
  • Own all IT projects in Sales & Marketing  and ensure quality in execution
  • Ensure E-2-E availability and quality of IT services
  • Communication of IT projects / services to all relevant stakeholder in IT and the commercial organization
  • Build and maintain process and application landscape of Sales & Marketing 
  • Build and maintain stage gate process – IT project portfolio at Sales & Marketing


What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Master degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable
  • IT professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex  and international  IT enterprise organizations
  • Strong background in processes and IT of a Sales & Marketing  environment. Detailed knowledge of  domains as CRM, brand mgmt., Content factory, compliance, legal and regulatory domains
  • Proven experience in project management of large, complex projects
  • Solid knowledge of IT technologies as Veeva, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, Webinar solutions etc.
  • Sound understanding of ITIL
  • Advanced project and process management skills as well as proven change management ability
  • English and German fluent and preferably one further European language
  • Open-minded and strong-willed personality, who wants to move things forward in a team approach
  • Strategic thinker, outstanding collaborator and convincing communicator, who always keeps business benefits and quality in mind
