What the job looks like

Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Generate robust Real World Evidence (RWE) and economic modelling strategies that support to successful reimbursement  and patient access at country level

  • Collaborate with Early Product Access Lead and R&D in the validation of  patient reported outcomes and payer relevant endpoints for inclusion in  registration clinical trial programs

  • Co-lead the development of evidence dissemination plans in collaboration with Medical Affairs and communicate evidence generated via publications, conference presentations,  and other appropriate channels

  • Collaborate with the Brand and or Early asset market access colleagues to:

    • Delivery of successful Health Technology Appraisals

    • Develop and implement innovative materials and economic tools for use by  affiliate teams that demonstrate the brands value proposition

    • Lead the timely development of global Budget Impact and other economic  models to successfully support launch and post-  launch activities for our medicines

    • Development of key value messages for payers and purchasers

    • Conduct Advisory Boards to inform payer strategy preparation

  • Address effectively country team requests regarding economic tools (incl. cost effectiveness, budget impact, and others) for GRT assets/brands

  • Build strong relationships with economic key opinion leaders,  organisations and industry peers

  • Working with GRT Market Access community to develop a market access advisory network including health economic and clinical opinion  leaders, and policy makers in relevant countries

  • Build health outcomes skills and capabilities throughout the organisation


What you´ll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Advanced University Degree (Master or higher) in economics, pharmaceuticals or public health

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in HEOR and RWE

  • Proven track record in generation and publication of economic models & real world evidence for  market access

  • HTA experience & sound understanding of Market Access, Pricing and  Reimbursement across EU markets (ideally broader)

  • Experience of operating in a cross functional matrix environment

  • Experience in speciality medicine

  • Fluency in Business English, additional languages beneficial
