What the job looks like
Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Ensuring effective and efficient Quality operations in compliance with legal requirements, standard operating procedures on health and safety at work as well as environmental protection
  • Driving continuous improvement and Quality Excellence in IMQ and beyond
  • Managing and coordinating activities incl. investigations, risk evaluations, CAPA definition and implementation related to non-conformances like deviations, complaints, market recalls in collaboration with other departments.
  • Advancing process improvement and Lean Lab in Quality
  • Driving and supporting improvement projects and change programs, ensuring realization of project objectives, cascading of strategic goals within the organization ensuring execution within time and budget
  • Continuously raising the bar with role modeling mentality in terms of Quality, Service, and Costs. 
  • Leading and developing team by empowering the people, developing talents, and ensuring adequate succession management


What you´ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Degree in natural sciences and several years of leadership experience
  • Track record of a successfully deployed cultural change by empowering people, training, coaching and applying principles of high performing teams 
  • Thorough understanding of Quality Management, preferably in Pharma environment and knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Experience in successfully realizing process improvements and driving Quality Excellence in cross-functional teams
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • OPEXc mind-set and education with deep knowledge of LEAN & continuous improvement tools (i.e., green belt certified)
  • Strategic and analytical thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management & networking skills
