What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- You collaborate pro-actively internally and externally to define the most appropriate (electronic) tools, case report forms, and data standards to acquire the trial data
- You organize and oversee the set-up of the data acquisition, data cleaning, central data review, programming of the key derived data and statistical analyses
- You organize and oversee all project related data management activities for outsourced projects
- You organize and oversee interaction with end-user on creating specifications and working with programmers in the service provider or performing the programming activities for successful delivery
- You provide understandable and actionable reports on clinical data and monitoring of clinical data and generate informative data analytics and insights for key stakeholders
- You bring experience in a highly outsourced working environment collaborating with external service providers
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you shoud have:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Mathematics, etc..)
- You have at least 5 years experience in Clinical Data Management & Programming in the pharmaceutical industry
- You demonstrate sound knowledge of Drug Development Process and Clinical Data Management processes including knowledge of relevant standards such as CDISC and regulatory requirements
- You have practical experience in programming and data mining in SAS and R
- You have experience with python and other programming languages e.g., SQL, Power BI, tableau, plotly, dash, Neo4j and noSQL is a plus
