What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Further development of our global HR system "SAP/SuccessFactors"
  • Identification and realization of optimization potential for our global system 
  • Technical implementation of new systems and modules
  • Project Management for implementation of new systems 
  • Application management of HR IT systems with a focus on "SAP/SuccessFactors"
  • Support of international HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Variable Pay, Mertic Increase, Recruiting, ...)
  • Collaboration by creation and roll-out of new international and software-supported processes
  • Drive digitalization 
  • Technical support and further development of HR reporting and software interfaces 
  • 1st level support of HR colleagues on IT and HR applications

 

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable course of study
  • Work experience minimum 1 year
  • Good English language skills
  • Comprehensive IT knowledge
  • Experience with standard software (preferably Personnel Information Systems)
  • Experience in dealing with software interfaces (preferably experience with Dell Boomi integration platform)
  • Good knowledge in dealing with databases (especially SQL) and Microsoft Reporting Services
  • Good knowledge and experience in project management 
  • Reliability, the ability to work in a team, a committed behaviour, as well as high customer and service orientation
  • Independent, proactive way of working, discretion and a high sense of responsibility
